Government to hold cluster media briefings: 5 - 9 May

Government will hold cluster media briefings on the implementation of the Government Programme of Action for 2008, in Cape Town from 5 to 9 May 2008.

This will be the first cycle of media briefings for the year since the announcement of the programme through the State of the Nation Address.

The briefings will take place at the Imbizo Media Centre, 120 Plein Street, Cape Town

Monday, 5 May 2008

11:00 – 12:30: Social Cluster chaired by the Minister of Health, Dr Manto Tshabalala-Msimang

Tuesday, 06 May 2008

13:00 – 14:30: Governance & Administration cluster, chaired by the Minister of Public Service and Administration, Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi

Thursday, 08 May 2008

13:00 – 14:30: Economic cluster, chaired by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mandisi Mpahlwa

Friday, 09 May 2008

10:00 – 11:30: Justice, Crime Prevention and Security cluster, chaired by Minister of Safety and Security, Charles Nqakula

NB: The International Relations, Peace and Security Cluster is still to be confirmed.
