Government Communicators' Handbook 2003


Government considers communication to be a strategic element of service delivery. The Government Communicators' Handbook is designed to assist government communicators to locate themselves in the overall government communication system. It seeks to provide simple guidelines and reference tools around government communication, including government communication strategy, media liaison, and management, campaign management, development communication, understanding of government policy, marketing and advertising, and managing the corporate identity of government.
