Cabinet Lekgotla photo opportunity and remarks by Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane
Government Communication and Information System invites members of the media to a photo opportunity and brief remarks by Minister of Communications, Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane at the start of the Cabinet Lekgotla on the 31st of January 2018.
Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa is leading the South African delegation to the 48th World Economic Forum annual meeting that will take place on 23-26 January in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland.
The meeting will take place under the theme; “Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World”, and will promote renewed commitment to international collaboration as a way of solving critical global challenges.

South African Government led by the Justice, Crime Prevention and Security Cluster (JCPS) will launch Operation Fiela II in January 2018. Members of the media are invited to a workshop that will outline the plans around this Intergrated operation that seeks to combat crime and corruption.

1.Cabinet approved the National Tourism Sector Strategy (NTSS) 2016-2026 for implementation. The NTSS is anchored on five strategic pillars, namely marketing, facilitation of ease of access for tourists, enhance visitor experience, destination management and broad-based benefits.
