The Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) on Local Government Elections will hold a media briefing on Sunday, 7 August 2016. As the world’s eyes are firmly on South Africa, the IMC will provide the last details about the elections and also explain the processes going forward.

The Countdown has begun: We are four days before the Local Government Elections

It is exactly four  days before the 2016 Local Government Elections take place on the 3rd of August.  We encourage all eligible voters, particularly the youth to come out on Wednesday and vote, and welcome voters in Vuwani who have committed to express their voice peacefully through the ballot.
